Objectives

• Strengthen and ensure the continuity of the Utila Black Iguana Conservation project whose purpose is focused on the survival of the endemic iguana of the island of Utila,Ctenosaura bakeri.
• Cooperate with local and national authorities in the conservation of species of flora and fauna of special and endemic concern, as well as their natural habitats.
• Promote, develop and participate in formal and non-formal environmental education programs.
• Establish a close relationship and collaboration with national and international organizations that provide technical and / or financial resources for the development of programs and projects.
• Support and encourage scientific research, both biological and ecological, as well as social.
